Implementation Structure
The tenure-track system at the Hirosaki University is implemented under the President as the project director, an executive director for research as the implementation manager, and the dean of the Graduate School of Medicine (introducing institution) as the department manager.
In particular, we have established the tenure-track faculty selection committee, which conducts international recruitment and reviews.
In the future, we plan to establish an interim evaluation committee and a tenure-track review committee as this system proceeds.
