Introduction
Department of Cardiac Remote Management System is an endowed department, established in 2019, with 1 associate professor and 1 clerk. We collaborate with the Department of Cardiology and Nephrology in order to further develop remote monitoring system using implanted devices and contribute to patient’s care in the area.
Current Research Topics
- Verification of usefulness of remote monitoring system for the patients with heart diseases using implant device
- Establishment of management methods for remote monitoring system
- Development of remote control method for heart failure using diagnostic function of biological information loaded in implant device
- Elucidation of the pathogenesis of sudden cardiac death and development of its prediction and prevention methods
- Elucidation of pathophysiology of severe heart failure and establishment of treatment for severe heart failure using implant device
