Research projects
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of dairy product consumption and its relationship with the intestinal microbiota on the health status of populations and individuals, in order to elucidate the role of the intestinal microbiota as a health factor through the analysis of the big data collected by the Iwaki Health Promotion Project.
