[Award]4th grade medical student Chihiro Iga was awarded The World Congress on In Vitro Fertilization Memorial Award at 33rd annual meeting of Japan Society of Fertilization and Implantation


33rd Japan Society of Fertilization and Implantation annual meeting was held on November 26th and 27th at Tokyo handled by Professor Kaoru Yanagida at International University of Health and Welfare. Over 400 abstracts were submitted to the meeting and top 6 abstracts were selected as a candidate for the World Congress on In Vitro Fertilization Memorial Award. At the meeting, final presentation was performed by candidates at special session and Chihiro Iga was one of candidates and she was finally awarded World Congress on In Vitro Fertilization Memorial Award.
Chihiro belongs to 4th grade of Hirosaki University School of Medicine. She joined our laboratory for the study of research laboratory program for 4 months this year. She studied about the new stimulation method of peripheral blood or endometrial lymphocytes using semen for women with recurrent pregnancy loss or implantation failures. The former students of this program also studied about this subject for three years. Thank you so much all students and staffs for this study.
